I could've sworn that taking a left would lead me home.

I like to think that I have seen most of Pittsburgh within running distance (5-6 miles) of Carnegie Mellon. Every now and then, though, I stumble upon places I have never seen before.

This morning I went for a bike ride out east of where I normally go, encountering signs for such places as Edgewood, Swissvale, and Wilkinsburg, none of which I had ever visited before. It was a strange and unfamiliar Pittsburgh. I quickly became disoriented, and as I think the picture shows, did a lot of wandering before finding my way again.
